On site information

Thank you for registering for NHS ConfedExpo 2025

Conference opening times

Conference sessions and the exhibition are open:

Wednesday 11 June 08:30 - 18:00

Thursday 12 June 07:45 - 16:45.

We advise you arrive early on Thursday 12 June for the breakfast sessions so we can start promptly at 8:30am.

Beat the queues

If you have registered on the NHS and wider public sector rate, you will have been sent a name badge to print at home. By printing your badge before you arrive, you can beat the morning queues and go through our fast track lane, for speedy access to the venue.

Handy tip: If your ticket requires you to collect your badge from the venue, our registration desks will be open from 13:00 – 18:00 on Tuesday 10 June. If you are in Manchester, why not pop in to the venue and pick up your badge early? This will allow you access to the fast track entrance on the first day of the conference!
