The Roundtable Zone

The best conversations at NHS ConfedExpo don't happen on the main stage. They happen when the right people find each other at the right moment. The Roundtable Zone is where that happens on purpose.

The Roundtable Zone is a dedicated space at Manchester Central where delegates lead their own 45-minute peer discussions. Through the Roundtable platform, you can browse topics that interest you or propose your own. When five delegates join a topic, the roundtable confirms automatically and you get assigned a table in the Roundtable Zone. Sessions run throughout both days, with up to ten running at any one time.

Make the most of your time before you even arrive. The NHS ConfedExpo app lets you build your personal schedule, browse speakers and exhibitors, and start connecting with fellow delegates and exhibitors ahead of the event, so you can hit the ground running from day one.

Run Club or Breakfast Walk and Talk

Start Day 2 the right way. Before the sessions begin, choose between an energising 5K run through Manchester or a relaxed morning walk taking in the city’s green and blue spaces, including the Rochdale Canal and Mayfield Park.

Both are brilliant ways to meet fellow delegates away from the exhibition floor, pick up conversations in a more informal setting, and head into day 2 feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Networking lounge

Sometimes the most valuable conversations happen away from the main stage. The Networking Lounge is a dedicated space to sit down with fellow delegates, share ideas over coffee, and make the most of the time between sessions.

Networking lunches

Our networking lunches bring together delegates with shared interests and are a chance to hear from relevant voices and contribute to conversations that matter to you. Each lunch is themed around a specific topic, giving you a focused space to connect with the people who care about the same things you do.  

Private meeting rooms

Need a quieter space? Our private meeting rooms are available to book throughout the event. Ideal for scheduled meetings, one-to-ones, or more focused conversations away from the main floor.
