1. Overview
As part of our 100 Days to NHS ConfedExpo campaign, we are offering 100 guaranteed seats across our most popular auditorium sessions. Eligible registrants will be automatically entered into a ballot, with 100 names drawn at random to receive a guaranteed seat in one of three oversubscribed sessions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for the ballot, individuals must hold a valid, confirmed registration for NHS ConfedExpo by 23:59 on 31 March 2026.
2.2 Registrations made after this date will not be entered into the ballot.
2.3 Employees of the NHS Confederation, NHS Providers, and NHS England are not eligible for entry into the ballot.
2.4 Each eligible registration constitutes one entry. Multiple registrations by the same individual will count as a single entry.
3. How the ballot works
3.1 The ballot will be conducted by the NHS ConfedExpo team following the close of the eligible registration window on 31 March 2026.
3.2 100 entries will be selected at random from all eligible registrants using a randomised selection process managed internally by the NHS ConfedExpo team.
3.3 The ballot is not open to public scrutiny or independent verification. The decision of the NHS ConfedExpo team is final.
3.4 Entry into the ballot does not guarantee selection. The outcome is determined solely by random draw.
4. Sessions covered
4.1 The guaranteed seats apply to the NHS ConfedExpo Keynote sessions.
4.2 Winners will be allocated a Keynote session at random by the NHS ConfedExpo team. It is not possible to request or express a preference for a specific session. The allocation decision is final.
5. Notification and confirmation
5.1 Ballot winners will be notified by email to the address provided at registration approximately one week before the event, and in any event no later than 3 June one week prior to event.
5.2 Winners must confirm their seat within 48 hours of receiving their notification email. Given the proximity to the event, prompt confirmation is essential.
5.3 Confirmation must be made via the method specified in the notification email.
5.4 If a winner does not confirm within the specified window, or advises that they are no longer able to attend, their guaranteed seat will be released and made available to general attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. No reserve list will be held.
5.5 ConfedExpo accepts no responsibility for notification emails that are not received due to incorrect contact details provided at registration, or messages filtered to spam or junk folders. It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
6. General conditions
6.1 A guaranteed seat applies to the named registered attendee only and is non-transferable.
6.2 Winners must still attend the event with their valid registration. A guaranteed seat does not replace or substitute the requirement to hold a valid event registration.
6.3 NHS ConfedExpo reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the event programme or venue capacity.
6.4 In the event that a session is cancelled or significantly altered, NHS ConfedExpo will endeavour to offer an equivalent alternative where possible but cannot guarantee a like-for-like replacement.
6.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
