NHS ConfedExpo 2026 Gleanin Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • These promotions are run by NHS Confederation ("the Promoter").
  • There are two separate promotions running concurrently: one open to registered exhibitors (prize: stand furniture worth £500) and one open to registered session supporters (prize: one NHS ConfedExpo 2026 ticket worth over £600). Participants may only enter the promotion applicable to their role.
  • To enter, participants must share their personalised Gleanin link and generate registrations through that link. Each unique registration completed via a participant's personalised link before 23:59 on Friday 10 April 2026 will count toward their total.
  • The winner of each promotion will be the eligible participant with the highest number of qualifying registrations at the closing date and time.
  • In the event of a tie, the winner will be the participant who reached the tied registration total first, as determined by Gleanin's recorded timestamps.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
  • The stand furniture prize is subject to availability and will be fulfilled in coordination with the official stand furniture supplier for NHS ConfedExpo 2026. The ticket prize is valid for NHS ConfedExpo 2026 only.
  • There is no cash alternative to either prize. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any participant found to have used fraudulent, automated, or otherwise dishonest means to generate registrations.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw these promotions at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
