In this Toolkit you will find a variety of resources to help ensure you have everything you need to have a great show! And if you can't find what you are looking for, don't worry we are always on hand to help.

We use multiple platforms to enhance your conference experience and streamline your participation. Below, you'll find an overview of each platform's purpose and login details. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact confedexpo@nhsconfed.org or your account manager. 

Please note that access to any of the platforms will only be granted after signature of contract. 

ASP (eZone)

Website listing

The eZone portal is where you will upload assets for inclusion on the NHS ConfedExpo website under the partner & exhibitor listings.  

Here you will upload:

  • Company logo
  • Company bio
  • Social media links
  • Website url


 

FFAIR

Exhibitor manual & shop

All Exhibitors and Partners are provided with access to the Ffair platform, which is our exhibition manual and shop. Here you will find information about:

  • Show general info including access times
  • Contractor details
  • Submit your stand information
  • Upload health & safety docs
  • Purchase extras including furniture, AV & catering


 

Livebuzz (Exhibitor portal)

Registration and scanners

Livebuzz is the place for you to register all of your stand personnel and additional passes included in your package. You can also purchase a scanner licence for lead capture.Please note that logins to this platform are through a unique personalised link which should have been emailed to you. However, you can request access via the login page or request an additional login.


 

Grip (NHS  ConfedExpo app)

Delegate app

Grip is the provider of this year's event app and all delegates and exhibitors will be provided with a unique login. Key features of the app:

  • View the delegate list
  • Network with attendees
  • Supporter guide - all exhibitors and partners will have a complete company profile on the app
  • View the agenda
  • View the speakers

Exhibitors & partners are invited to update their Grip company profile and personal profiles, as this is an opportunity for a digital booth that allows your company and exhibitors to promote your profile and services to delegates.


 

Lineup Ninja

Content & programme info

If you are delivering content as part of your Partnership package, then you will use this platform to submit information about your sessions. Here you will upload:

  • Details of the session(s) you are running
  • A list of speakers
  • Information about formats


 

Exhibitor Sustainability Recognition Scheme

To better understand the impact of our exhibition stands, and to support the sustainability efforts of our exhibitors, NHS ConfedExpo 2025 is offering an Exhibitor Sustainability Recognition Scheme.

The scheme, which is simple and quick to participate in, will enable us to assess our exhibitors and publicly recognise those who demonstrate the highest standards of both environmental and social sustainability.

This scheme is not compulsory however, only exhibitors who submit their responses in advance of the event will be considered for recognition and be awarded a certificate to display during the show. The deadline for entries is 28 May 2025.
