Vic is currently the Programme Director for Population Health Management in the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System leading the programme since its inception in 2019.

Vic has extensive experience of leading system-wide change programmes on behalf of health & care partner organisations, having taken her first change management role in 2017 with the inception of Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships. Prior to this Vic held a number of senior management roles in an acute hospital trust accumulating a breadth of general management experience.

Vic is passionate about facilitating effective collaboration across complex systems and building successful relationships to design, implement and embed innovative & sustainable initiatives to improve outcomes for all people in Lincolnshire.
