Tracy is a Public Health Professional with over 20 years' experience in both NHS services and the charity sector.

Tracy started her career working in domestic abuse services for women, before moving into the NHS to develop and lead workstreams focusing on mental health, sexual exploitation and suicide prevention.
With a background in mental health and a passion for community development, Tracy is committed to supporting people with lived experience to access the help they deserve and need across the country.

Tracy is now the Head of Community & Crisis Services at Everyturn Mental Health, with responsibility for all community based services.
