Stephanie Elsy has worked in the delivery of public services for 40 years. She was a Chief Executive in the VCSE sector, managing community health and care services before becoming an elected member and Council Leader in London. She has also worked in the private sector and now has a portfolio of Non-Executive roles. As well as being Chair of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire ICB, she was until recently a Non-Executive Director at a Community and Mental Health Trust and was also Interim Chair of an Acute Provider Collaborative. She currently Chairs the NHS Confederation Health Inequalities Reference Group.
