In my leadership role at UHBW, I am responsible for Planned Care and Elective Recovery, clinical strategy development for secondary and tertiary services, system working and Health Inequalities. I co-chair the Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire ICS system Elective Recovery Health Inequalities Working Group and I chair the UHBW Health Equity Delivery Group, collaborating with communities and system partners.

I am a Health Foundation Fellow, an alumnus of Ashridge Executive Education and Hult International Business School, holding an MSc with distinction in Leadership (Quality Improvement).

In 2018, I was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours list for services to the NHS in Patient Safety.

I am a keen mountain trail runner. I am also a certified Women’s Coach with One of Many, supporting women to step into a more sustainable way of leading.
