Sarah Hall is General Practice Nurse Lead at Devon ICB. She has been a nurse for over 40 years, with 22 years’ experience as a general practice nurse (GPN). Sarah’s current role is to ensure the delivery of the Devon GPN Strategy, demonstrating visible nurse leadership and senior support for practice nursing and its ongoing development as a profession across Devon Integrated Care System (ICS). She works closely with system partners to drive forward programmes that promote high quality education and leadership, support the recruitment and retention of GPNs and better patient outcomes for the people of Devon. Sarah is a Steering Committee member of the RCN GPN forum and a Queen’s Nurse.
