Bio Robyn Doran –Brent Executive ICP Director and CNWL Director of Transformation
Robyn, now works part time as Integrated Care Exec Director for Brent and Director of Transformation for CNWL.
Robyn was previously the Chief Operating Officer for CNWL NHS TRUST for 14 years . CNWL is a large community-based organisation with a £600 million turnover and over 8000 staff spread over 150 sites in and around London and the South East . She has worked in CNWL for over 35 years
Robyn qualified as a registered psychiatric nurse in New Zealand in 1983. In 2005 she completed her MSc in Change Agent Skills at Surrey University. And a Diploma in coaching in 2018.
Robyn had the privilege in 2017 of working with the Grenfell Community and leading the Trusts team to both manage and respond to the fire, and the Health inequalities that already existed. (This had meant many local services were not very accessible as they should be to those living in North Kensington.)
She has since carried on leading this work both for CNWL in a Trust wide programme around Collaborating with Communities and also in her role as Exec Director in Brent ICP. Where one of the key priorities is Managing Health Inequalities.
