Philip works in the MedTech Innovation Team within NHS England's Transformation Directorate, within the Innovation, Research, Life Sciences and Strategy Unit. He works across a variety of policies and programmes dedicated to increasing patient access to innovative medical technologies, chiefly the MedTech Funding Mandate and the Health Technology Adoption and Acceleration Fund.
