Paul Da Gama
Paul da Gama, is Workforce improvement Programme Director, NHS Employers a role in which began at the start of 2024. In this role is principally working on a range of initiatives to help improve the working lives of Post Graduate Doctors in Training.
Prior to this Paul held a number of Chief People Officer roles within the NHS, with his most recent role being Chief People Officer at St Georges, Epsom and St Helier where he worked from 2020. He was also CPO at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust and at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, having joined the NHS in 2012. Paul began his career as a teacher, before joining banking group, HSBC, where he worked for 10 years. He has also worked at Royal Mail Group for a decade, where he held a variety of different senior HR roles.
