Noshin has nearly 18 years experience in a range of systems within the NHS, including public health and Department of Health South West. Noshin has been with Health Innovation West of England since 2010 and her work has focused on maternity and perinatal quality improvement and reducing inequity. Noshin has a MPH in Public Health and an MSc in Clinical Psychology and is passionate about reducing inequalities in health and wellbeing and improving outcomes for people who are impacted by socioeconomic or demographic disadvantages, particularly the psychological and physical harm caused by those experiencing racism.
