Matt is the Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). The ICB serves a population of over 780,000 people, covers a large predominantly rural and coastal area, and has an annual budget of £1.8bn.

Matt has 39 years’ experience of management and financial leadership in commercial organisations and the NHS, and has responsibility for the development of Population Health Informatics and Social and Economic Development within the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System.
