Martin is an experienced leader in digital health, and as the Chief Digital Information Officer for the South West London (SWL) integrated Care Board (ICB) Martin leads, in partnership with the Integrated Care System (ICS) providers, digital transformation to ensure the benefits of information and technology investments are realised and supported in SWL ICS to digitally enable planning, commissioning and delivery, whilst transforming public access to information tools and services. Martin oversees progress towards meeting key national, regional and local objectives, championing the use of digital technology and practices along with promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and digital best practices between partners to embed a robust digital ecosystem. Martin is passionate about system change, and specifically, how digital can accelerate change to provide better and sustainable quality care to all. Maximising the opportunity of collaboration and new ways of working that the new ICS affords is critical to delivering better care and better value for the people of SWL.
