I have been a GP partner in Stourport since 2007. My passion for learning disabilities has developed over the years, I am the PCN clinical lead for learning disabilities and am due to complete a post-graduate certificate in the medical needs of adults with a learning disability in the summer.
I have been involved in the RADF (reasonable adjustment digital flag) as my practice is fast follower site.
