Lucy Malcolm is a Senior Digital Transformation and Clinical Improvement Manager working in the Medical Directorate at NHS Cheshire and Merseyside. She has programme managed the ICB's fuel poverty work which is recognised for its proactive, preventative approach and has involved many stakeholders working together around the holistic needs of the patient. Lucy has a previously worked on learning disability service transformation in Greater Manchester and Cheshire and Merseyside and is a Core20Plus Ambassador. She has a passion for tackling health inequalities and partnership working.
