Liz joined Public Health in 2020 and leads an innovative new partnership between Public Health and Housing Associations. Working across Milton Keynes, Bedford and Central Bedfordshire, the programme is funded jointly by Public Health, Grand Union Housing Group and Peabody. Liz also leads work around Health and the Built Environment to develop opportunities to improve health through the planning system.

Prior to joining Public Health, Liz gained extensive experience in the housing sector including working for the National Housing Federation and as chair of the Housing Association Governance Forum. She has held a number of senior roles spanning Policy, Communications, Insights and Engagement as well as Quality and Risk and Regulation.

Liz volunteers for the RSPCA and is the chair of the North Bedfordshire Branch supporting their fundraising and animal welfare work.
