Laura qualified in Events Management and has worked in the Conference and Events Industry for 15+ years. Orchestrating meetings and congresses for pharmaceutical companies, on a global scale. Transitioning from the private sector to the NHS at the end of 2020, Laura brings a wealth of experience in event management to the public healthcare realm. With a dedication to improving healthcare outcomes and patient experiences. She applies her expertise to supporting the NHS, in delivering impactful programmes that drive positive change.

Laura has spent the past 2 years, leading the Language & Living SEND Integration Project across the ICS footprint. Fostering collaboration among Speech & Language Therapy (SALT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) teams, Local Authorities with Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland and their Primary Schools. Providing effective integration and support for children with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND).

She now holds ICB Programme oversight for ‘Early Language Support for Every Child’ (ELSEC), ‘Change Partnership Programme’ (CPP) and ‘Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools’ (PINS). Leading in programme governance, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and resilience.
