Laura Flatman is a National Programme Lead (Retention) for NHS England. An experienced People and OD professional, she has worked across several sectors including the NHS, Higher Education and retail. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Laura also holds an MA in Human Resources and is a qualified coach and mentor. Laura is passionate about wellbeing and mental health and is vice chair of a mental health charity in Yorkshire.
