Head of Programme for Lancashire and South Cumbria Vaccination Programme. Ensuring that vaccination provision for the citizens of Lancashire & South Cumbria is delivered in an equitable and timely manner and providing additional bespoke provision for underserved communities and demographics across Lancashire and South Cumbria. Previously in post as Head of Operations for Lancashire & South Cumbria Vaccination Programme Keith commenced as Head of Programme from March 2024. Keiths background prior to working for the NHS was in Local Authority Public Health - Outbreak Management in Cheshire and Merseyside in an Operational Lead capacity.

Keith has recently led operationally for Lancashire and South Cumbria’s system response to the MMR national outbreak providing and ensuring additional vaccination provision for Lancashire and South Cumbria’s most vulnerable communities and citizens.
