With over two decades of experience entrenched in the NHS, Jyoti stands as a seasoned healthcare professional with an illustrious career spanning across premier NHS Trusts. Her leadership acumen is evident through her adept management of expansive teams, steering the planning, development, and implementation of innovative healthcare services.

In her tenure, Jyoti has been at the forefront of shaping both local and national healthcare strategies. Notably, she spearheaded the national antimicrobial stewardship initiative at the Department of Health as an integral component of the Healthcare Associated Infection program. Her clinical expertise is multifaceted, encompassing areas such as medical admissions, A&E, oncology aseptic services, satellite pharmacy provisions in oncology, HIV care, antibiotics, surgery, neurosciences, anticoagulation, theatres, and preoperative care. Her collaboration with private healthcare entities has further enriched her clinical repertoire.

Having earned her Executive MBA from Imperial Business School, Jyoti transitioned into a consultancy role, advising companies on the commercialisation of healthcare products. She brings a pragmatic perspective to her clients, offering insights on navigating market introductions amidst evolving landscapes.

Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Wilmington Healthcare, Jyoti specialises in addressing health inequalities, enhancing medicines optimisation, and crafting compelling value propositions. Her primary focus remains on generating value and facilitating improved access within the healthcare sector.
