Justine has worked in the NHS for 30 years and at Board level for 8 years in acute, community and mental health provider Trusts and also has over 10 year commissioning experience. Justine’s current role is Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and is Executive lead for the Trusts Strategic delivery programme alongside the Place lead for Improving Lives, focused on delivering better outcomes for people in Coventry through integrating services.
