Dr John Park is a Respiratory Consultant at Oxford Universities NHS Foundation Trust and is clinical lead. John sub-specialises in Lung cancer and interventional bronchoscopy, and is lead of the lung cancer advisory group at the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance, having previously been OUH lung cancer lead. He has lead and implemented the successful Respiratory Early Diagnostic Service at the Oxford CDC.
John qualified from Cambridge and Oxford Universities and subsequently trained in the London and Oxford Deaneries. He completed a PhD in pulmonary vascular and structural remodelling at Imperial College London, National Heart and Lung Institute. John was Honorary Treasurer of the British Thoracic Society having previously been Chair of the BTS Education and Training Committee.
