John Finn is the deputy chief operating officer for NHS Devon and provides leadership across the majority of the organisation’s commissioning functions. With decades of NHS experience at a senior level, John has expertise in a range of areas including urgent care, elective care, cancer and pharmacy.
John has played a key leadership role in Devon’s GIRFT elective pilot which aims to maximise day case activity, standardise patient pathways, increase efficiencies in theatre utilisation and develop cross-site working in a range of elective care pathways.
