I have been part of the National Breast Screening Programme since 2003 with the Coventry Breast Screening service, undertaking training in Mammography. Moving into Quality Management for the service that is accredited to the ISO standard and all that this encompasses with training nationally for the Breast Screening computer system NBSS and Quality Management/Internal audit. I then moved through the management structure, Office Manager, Deputy Programme Manager and Programme Manager , finally moving to Dudley 3 years ago in the Programme Manager role.
