Jill has extensive leadership experience in both hospital and community care. She has held a range of senior positions within NHS, Independent and Third Sector organisations, working successfully at both operational and strategic levels, focused on developing new ways of working and leading large multidisciplinary teams, improving patient care, outcomes, quality, safety and experience.

Jill’s previous roles have included: Chief Nurse and Director of Nursing with national remits; at regional level Deputy Director / Programme Lead for Earlier Diagnosis and as a Specialist Commissioner; and as the Cancer Clinical Lead / Consultant Nurse for an NHS Trust.

Jill is proud to have co-founded HomeLink Healthcare with a team who are focused on developing new ways of delivering Hospital at Home services, improving patient care, efficiency, and effectiveness of clinical home care.
