Jenny is responsible for the delivery of the Royal Free Charity's services which focus on improving the experience of patients and employees of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The role includes overseeing the dynamic volunteer service across Barnet, Chase Farm and the Royal Free hospitals.

Jenny joined the charity in 2016 and has grown the volunteering function to reach more patients and do more to support the trust, whilst working hard to improve the experience of volunteers themselves.

Her previous experience includes managing diverse large-scale international and local volunteering programmes for a broad range of charities including Business in the Community and Plan International UK.
