Jackie’s passion for supporting people with mental health and learning disabilities spans from over a decade of working in NHS England’s Mental Health programme and caring for an older brother with learning difficulties.

She has been in the national Mental Health team since its inception, supporting on work including the five-year Secure Care programme, which ended in 2021, and the Provider Collaborative programme. She now works in Advancing Mental Health Equalities and has supported the development of the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework, amongst other things, for the past 2 years.
