Ioanna is a Quality Improvement Lead for Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and over the past 6 years has been involved in a variety of Programmes, including Clinical Risk, Reducing Restrictive Practice and Patient Flow Transformation. For over a decade, Ioanna has been working in the addiction field, and has experience of delivering care to people with dual diagnosis and managing community substance misuse services. She holds a MSc in Counselling Psychology and BA in Psychology and she is passionate about transforming mental health services to deliver effective, timely and equitable care.
