I am a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in project and programme management. With over 25 years of experience in the NHS, I have developed a strong skill set in leading and managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and achieving business outcomes. I have a passion for improving service delivery and driving organisational change, and I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
In my most recent role as a Programme Manager for the Lancashire and South Cumbria Provider Collaborative, I am responsible for leading a large portfolio of work relating to the recovery of elective services and supporting system-wide delivery of large-scale change processes. I have also worked as a Senior Project Manager at the Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Alliance, where I led the development and implementation of programmes focused on transforming cancer pathways and workforce models. I am a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills, and I enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals. In my free time, I enjoy travel, physical activities, cooking/baking and reading.
