A qualified DN, Emma has worked in the community setting for over 25 years in a variety of clinical, managerial and system leadership roles. Since joining NHSE in 2018 Emma has been a key member of the Community Services Team, leading on the implementation of EHCH from its announcement in the Long Term Plan. Most recent achievement - working with 500+ key stakeholders to lead the publication of version 3 of the EHCH framework.

Emma is passionate about promoting and showcasing the exceptionally skilled and complex work that happens in the community setting, and keen to support further expansion in this area.
A qualified professional and executive leadership coach, Emma has a passion for supporting the learning, development and growth of others, and is currently part way through a part time PhD with the University of Nottingham.
