Following an initial career in publishing, Claire has worked in workforce roles since 2008. Claire has a particular interest in workforce transformation, with programmes of work in the North East Strategic Health Authority and Health Education England focusing on upskilling and post-registration development and advanced clinical practice. Claire is currently programme manager for The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism in NHS England. She is passionate about supporting and empowering the NHS workforce to ensure high quality care for all.
