Charlotte leads of neighbourhood policy for NHS Confederation. She is currently working in partnership with Local Trust to help support and embed community-led approaches to health and care design and delivery within the Confed membership. She previously worked as policy lead for primary care federations and supported the Fuller Stocktake on behalf of NHS Confederation. She is also Special Advisor the Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation.
