Dr Aoife Molloy is an Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity and Senior Clinical Advisor for Healthcare Inequalities Improvement at NHS England. She is a PhD researcher in patient safety at transitions of care at the Patient Safety Translational Research Centre, Imperial College and she is a Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine at the Royal Free London. Dr Molloy is currently associate editor and social media lead at BMJ Leader. She is passionate about equality in healthcare access, experience, and outcomes.
