Adrian is a Counselling Psychologist and the General Manager for Urgent and Emergency Mental Health Services across Hull and East Riding. Employed by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, and previously holding both clinical and managerial rolls in Leeds and York. He has worked in the NHS for 21 years and has held the Crisis Clinical Lead post in his local region for NHSE. Crisis care, urgent and emergency Mental Health care has always driven Adrian, chairing Crisis Care concordats since their developments in 2014, working with emergency care partners, Police and Ambulance Services to ensure patients receive the best interventions. He is passionate and proud of his achievements, especially the joint approach taken to address the Mental Health issues with Humberside Police, co-developing and delivering Right Care Right Person and most recently delivering a Unique Mental Health Streaming service through the Emergency Department within his local Acute Trust.
