Adam joined Everyturn in December 2020 and has overseen a significant period of change for the charity. Adam is a mental health clinician by background and his experience spans the public, private, and charity sectors. He started his career working in the NHS in mental health, before moving into private healthcare to develop and lead NHS-commissioned services. Adam is passionate about creating an empowered workforce of motivated people who do amazing things for service users, all underpinned by a simple system that lets them do what they do best.

Adam also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust and is a Trustee of the Terrence Higgins Trust. He chairs the ICS-wide VCSE Partnership Programme Mental Health sub-group and is the VCSE Mental Health lead for the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB), and sits on the ICB’s mental health, learning disabilities & autism (MHLDA) executive sub-committee.
