The session will describe the development of a specialist multidisciplinary team in Sussex that works alongside colleagues in mental health teams and has been successful in supporting discharges and preventing admissions for autistic young people and adults. You will hear the approaches the team uses, the outcomes the team has achieved, and feedback from people they have supported.
