National population health fellows are recruited from clinical backgrounds and support the development of population health strategies, alongside their permanent roles.

In this session, national population health fellows will showcase a selection of projects that are using population health approaches to improve health inequalities. They will examine the impact that different approaches are making and the multi-professional leadership that underpins them.
