The session will explore how the recently published legal duties on health inequalities can help local system leaders to identify key data and information and take action to improve health outcomes. The NHSE Digital Weight Management programme will be discussed highlighting the role of digital delivery and patient centred weight management. Learning from the impact of Reducing Inequalities in Communities (RIC), projects in Bradford District and Craven will be showcased to draw attention to the power of involving communities within integrated neighbourhood working teams.
