The session will explore how the recently published legal duties on health inequalities can help local system leaders to identify key data and information and take action to improve health outcomes. The Office of Health Disparities and Improvement (OHID) will discuss the role of digitalisation and how using technology, intelligence and data can predict, prevent and diagnose risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

Learning from the impact of Reducing Inequalities in Communities (RIC), projects in Bradford District and Craven will be showcased to highlight the power of involving communities within integrated neighbourhood working teams.
