Hear from Inclusion Hampshire, which has implemented a new model to improve substance misuse services bringing together partners from across the system. This session will focus on the need for this service in the Hampshire area, followed by challenges faced and overcome by the new model. Inclusion Hampshire will also share solutions for underserved groups.
