Learn how effective collaboration can lay the groundwork for successful MedTech adoption, pathway transformation, and patient benefit. Using two case studies, we will show:

• How 3 ICSs in the South West collaborated to deliver more proactive, digitally enabled care and meet the needs of rural and coastal communities
• How NHS England’s Innovation, Research, Life Sciences, and Strategy Unit, Health Innovation Networks, and other partners collaborated to improve sickle cell services by focusing on health inequalities and inequity of access.
