This session will introduce the patient safety healthcare inequalities reduction plan and share examples of innovative and good practice to support healthcare organisations to address patient safety healthcare inequalities.

The plan is aligned with Core20PLUS5 to focus on themes that underpin the patient safety healthcare inequalities of communication, training, resources, data, involvement and research.
