Integrating the workforce at place

This interactive session will explore how place-based working has enabled integration, featuring speakers from across the Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent (SSOT) ICS including primary care, social care and local government.

SSOT ICS will present its approach to achieving long-term workforce goals by focusing on widening participation, transformation, equality, diversity and inclusion through collaborative efforts at place level. This session will explore the new ways of working they have achieved through breaking down barriers between health and social care.
