Research is a key driver of improvements to health outcomes and patient and staff experiences, informing organisational processes and performance for providers and commissioners. In this session we will provide an overview of best practice on increasing the scale, pace and diversity of research. Examples will be provided of how to navigate systems for non-commercial and commercial research for the benefit of patients, staff and organisations.
