This session will show how our community projects are tackling some of the biggest challenges NHS trusts face today by supporting the health and wellbeing of people in their community. With innovation and prevention at their core, the projects make the case for the voluntary sector - including NHS trust charities - in shaping trust strategies and supporting system change. You’ll hear from leaders behind the community projects that include tackling health inequalities, funding research and delivering innovation.
