Reshaping the model for urgent health and care in Coventry

12 Jun 2024
Charter 7
Best Practice Theatre , Operational delivery , Supporter session

Health and care systems around the country are tackling an ever-increasing demand on urgent and emergency care, exploring various ways to improve outcomes for residents, the experience of staff and system performance in this area. In this session we will hear from leaders in Coventry on what it has taken for them to completely transform the urgent care model, while building a bridge to a more integrated future for the system. They will describe the practicalities involved in delivering this ambitious programme, the challenges faced along the way, and the impact it is having both for residents with urgent need and staff, and how the system works together going forward.
