Discursive cabaret workshop , People

The NHS Long Term Workforce Plan commits to doubling medical school places by 2031. This increase in numbers will require innovation in training and providers to review their approach to employment. In this session you will hear about some of these new approaches to training doctors of the future, such as medical doctor degree apprentices, as well as looking at how we can improve the workplace experience. This session will enable you to consider how we can together create the ‘more and different’ to improve patient care and to maximise the opportunities the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan offers.
