This session shares examples of how data is used across the healthcare system to improve outcomes, including driving clinical and operational decision-making to improve patient flow.

You will hear an example of how data is used to optimise patient care and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven insights across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB. You will also learn from Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Trust about the importance of data and how it addresses workforce challenges such as staff engagement and retention levels.
